2wd& 4wd 1500 / 2500 / 1500 HD & 2000-2003 HD & 3500, 4.8L / 5.3L / 6.0L / 8.0L (Excluding Flex Fuel Trucks)
Main Fuel Line, Fuel Return Line & Vapor Fuel Nylon Replacement Kit.
This kit replaces all the fuel lines on your truck. The main fuel line, the fuel return line and the vapor fuel line from the engine to the fuel tank.This kit give you all the pieces to disconnect your old metal lines and connect up the new lines. The install can be done in the driveway in less than one hour. We recomend a fuel line disconnect to to make the job go fast with out breaking any of the end connectors. You can take out the old lines or leave them in place. The new lines will snap into the old clips or you can zip tie them to the old lines.

nline Tube's Nylon fuel repair kit is manufactured to substitute your original rusted out factory steel line from the fuel pump quick connect to engine lines.
Our kit is engineered for an easy install, that does NOT require removal of the gas tank or original hard fuel line. This gives you the ability to not have to worry about dealing with the old rusty corroded fuel line.

Instructions:

Main Fuel Line, Fuel Return Line & Vapor Fuel Replacement Kit
Take time to read all the literature that came with this kit. All Flexible Nylon Fuel kits can be installed into the factory clips and clamps or you can use the new plastic ties that are provided in the kit.
Disconnect the existing fuel lines at the front of the fuel tank and at the engine side. Discard or leave in place. To disconnect the fuel lines, you need the disconnect tool (inline tube Part # TLF10) No Need to Remover the Fuel Tank or Charcoal Canister.
Main Fuel Line:
Start at the fuel tank with the short green 20" piece, the push connect tube snaps into the existing tank plastic line the other end connects to the fuel filter. The second green line goes from the fuel filter to the engine.  Start running the new lines to the front of the vehicle. The new quick connect fuel filter will be in the same location as the existing filter. Remove quick connects at the back of the engine, again your will need disconnect tool (inline tube Part # TLF10) (4.3L are threaded at the back of the engine. Route the ends that have plastic shielding up and over the transmission and connect it to the engine. Do not kink or pinch the line also keep away from any exhaust pipes, moving parts or linkage. Once they are in place, if the line is too long cut anywhere in the line and use the blue-black union to connect back together.
Fuel Return Line:
Repeat step 2 for the fuel return line. Install at fuel tank, the tank end is the metal tube and the engine side is the female quick connect. Cut nylon fuel return line to length as needed and connect with the black/blue plastic female push union to the desired length.
Vapor tank line
: has a white 90
o
quick connect fitting on one end, with the black/blue plastic female push union or fuel hose with clamps on the other end. Disconnect the existing old line coming out of the charcoal canister at the front of the fuel tank. Snap in place the white 90-degree end and route it towards the engine to the green capped Tee Schrader Valve. Cut the nylon line going into the Schrader valve where the nylon is straight and connect new line using the Nylon to Nylon connector black/blue plastic female push union or use the fuel hose and clamp both ends. AFTER the line is routed cut the extra nylon line off and push into the nylon connector.
Apply the "
CAUTION FUEL LINE
" sticker to all new fuel lines so that future mechanics know this is a fuel line.

Shipments within the Continental USA
Most of our products ship via FedEx Ground or USPS, but we also utilize other convenient and cost effective shipping services.  All  orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. States close to Michigan usually receive shipments within a few days, west coast orders can take up to 5 days.
Hawaii and Alaska Orders
All Canada, Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped by postal carrier. The cost of shipping to Canada must be determined after the order is initially placed. An invoice will be sent to you with the corresponding shipping rate. In the event that an invoice for shipping charges is not received, please message us via the seller link to get your rate.
International Shipments
All international orders are handled via eBay's Global Shipping Program. International shipments can at times take several weeks to get throught customs so please keep this in consideration.

Returns & Refunds
Motorcity Muscle Car stock items may be returned within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipped costs must be prepaid and merchandise must be in resalable condition (see below). Returned items must be in new/unused/resalable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the ebay order or full legal name of seller, eBay user ID and email address for us to process any claim. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. No returns will be accepted for any portion of a complete set.
We do not provide call tag service for parts pickup. The customer will pay freight on all return orders. Mailbox stores charge service and packing fees that are not refundable by Motorcity Muscle Car.
Resalable Condition
All returned goods are to be in resalable condition. This means we will not accept a part used on a car, greasy, damaged, bent or without the original box. Resalable means in the same condition as you received it in.
Damaged Packages - Shipping
Report damaged packages immediately by sending a message through the seller link. Please include pictures of the damaged product AND package in your message. Damages MUST be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt of the order.
Shortages or Incorrect Orders
If there is a mistake on your order, contact us immediately via message though the seller link and we will make arrangements for the exchange of the correct items.
