The leather colourant ATG Leder Color dyes your leather abrasion-resistant, is waterproof and lightfast. The different colours available can be mixed with each other to achieve the desired color of your leather seats. This is particularly advantageous for faded leather seats. Frequently Asked Questions:
    1. Do I have to seal the leather after dyeing?
No, sealing is not necessary. However, we recommend our ATG Leather Cleaning And Care Kit.
2 Can I use the set to repair holes in the leather couch?
No, for the repair of leather surfaces we recommend our ATG Leather Repair Kit.
    3. Can I also re-color leather objects with it?
No, the ATG Leather Dye is intended for refreshing and repairing small abrasions.
    4. Can the color also be used for shoes?
Yes, the ATG Leather Dye is very well suited for this.
    5. How long does it take for the paint to be completely dry and abrasion resistant?
We recommend to let each layer dry for 20-25 minutes, the final layer should dry for 24 hours. Before use, you should leave your leather pieces to rest for at least 3 days. During this time the so-called "cross-linking process" takes place, which means that the leather needs time to absorb the new colour. After that, the leather piece can be used as usual.

1 Bottle of ATG Leather Dye is good for app. 0.5 m² (5.38 square feet)
    7. Can I also dye a leather steering wheel with it?
This is basically possible. It is important to thoroughly pre-clean with a silicone-free household cleaner or methylated spirits. The steering wheel must be free of dust, grease and other dirt.
    8. I have a BMW with piano black leather seats. Can I dye the seats with your Leather Dye?
