How to Use Epoxy Thickener
Start By Mixing!
Start out by mixing your epoxy resin and hardener. Carefully mix it with the Polyfiber to create a thick, goop like mixture of epoxy. Add enough Polyfiber to achieve your desired level of thickness until it’s ready for bonding!
Remember to Mix at a 1:1 Ratio!
When thickening epoxy for vertical wall use, we thicken the epoxy at a 1:1 ratio.
(For example, 1 quart of Quick Coat epoxy = 1 quart of Polyfiber, etc.)
When mixing thickened epoxy for use with seaming, we recommend keeping the 1:1 ratio the same, but the mixing can be adjusted based on your preference.
