This was just puchased at a local estate sale. It is part of a page with a personalized autograph by George Foreman, then framed under glass for display in the owner's home office.
It appears to be authentic, a souvenir kept by the owner, but it has
not been officially authenticated.

The page was removed from the frame for examination and is now stored in an archival bag & backing board.
Photos provided in this listing show it in the frame as originally purchased from the estate, as well as the front and back after it was removed.
The frame is older, but has no value, so you will receive the page as it is now, stored in the archival bag w board for protection.
Details:
It appears to be part of a page removed from a newspaper quality type publication for a Trading Card show, and framed by the owner for display in his home.
There are ads for sports trading cards on the back side of the page and you can see some bleedthrough of the signature from the marker that was used to sign the front of the page.
The autograph is personalized to "Rob or Rafe" on top of an artist's illustration of George Foreman boxing.
The very bottom of the page shows a portion of the artist's name and date, looks like "Lacek" and dated "91" -
