Two side zip compartments for shoes. Large main compartment with top and bottom compartments separated by a divider that has velcro on one side so it can be partially detached to access items in lower compartment. Small fleece lined valuables compartment and two mesh side pockets.
Very clean with just minor marks on the exterior and interior (see close-up photo, last photo, of the bottom corner, that's the most noticeable wear).  No damage, no odors.  From a smoke free, pet free home.  One of the bungee cord zipper pulls on the bottom pocket was missing and has been replaced with the black plastic pull you see in the photos.
